I can understand how that feels. My mom did the same and still does, even at my age. Mothers can be foolish and not see how things can hurt their child. She may never stop, like mine. But you must know, you are not only a body. Be healthy, eat the fuel a young woman/man needs. Know that beauty comes in many sizes and forms, inside and out
yes I did, and I was wrong. While I was answering another question I have not posted yet, I knew I was wrong and deleted it.

I am part of the casting/booking team for a major news network in NYC and we are searching for teens who are on a quest to be thin, teens who identify as having an eating disorder or have been identified as having an eating disorder, and moms who have been struggling with their weight/have an…
It has been a crazy week. I started a new job this week, which is gonna help us alot. Also a wild thing happened with my daughter. When she came home from the treatment center in April, she made it clear that she never wants to see another soul have to go through what she did. She HATED being there, and I really wish I had been better educated in how to treat her at home. Anyway, my Daughter’s dream has always been to be a role model and help others, write a book, and be on Ellen,
So last week our phone rings, and it is the director of a new talk show staring Katie Couric. She wants to talk with my daughter about an upcomming show on girls with eating disorders and the pressure to be skinny. My daughter and I have talked with her daily, and my Daughter may possibly be interviewed on the show. This would be an absolute miracle!
The producer has also asked me if I know of any girls struggling with anorexia at this time she may interview by phone regarding their experience. If you would be willing to speak with her (she is a sweetheart) please private message me. Her name and phone number are easy to verify on the internet, she has quite the resume and now works for ABC in NYC. Thanks
I just creeped your blog a bit and saw your beautiful smile and your lovely strawberry blonde hair! How happy it made me to see a girl in recovery with such a big smile. You are beautiful<3
I know Moms can be triggering. Most Moms dont really understand what is happening to their child and are just doing the best they can, with the knowledge they have in trying to find ways to “make” their child get better. We don’t have all the answers but we keep trying because we love you. Keep a stiff upper lip and know that you are worthy of love and you can and will recover fully. You are worth it and have earned it<3
